1. Who We Are

Kamvora ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered social media content creation and scheduling platform for creators and businesses. We are operated by Kamvora Technologies LLC. Questions about this policy can be sent to romaric@kamvora.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Business data: your business name, phone number, city, and timezone, which you provide in Settings.
• Content data: posts, captions, media files, and scheduling preferences you create or upload.
• Social media tokens: OAuth access tokens for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok when you choose to connect those accounts.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and log data such as IP addresses and browser type.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve our AI social media features.
• To generate and publish social media content you approve.
• To send you product updates and support communications.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Social Media Platforms

When you connect a social media account, we store OAuth tokens to act on your behalf (posting, reading analytics). We never post without your direction. You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts. Revoking access in the platform's own app also invalidates our token immediately.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the sub-processors necessary to operate the service: our cloud database provider, email delivery service, image hosting service, and payment processor. Each sub-processor is bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing romaric@kamvora.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
