1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kamvora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Kamvora Technologies LLC.

2. Description of Service

Kamvora is an AI-powered social media content creation and scheduling platform for creators and businesses. It includes features for AI-generated captions, multi-platform publishing, content scheduling, analytics, and a unified social inbox.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Violate the terms of any connected social media platform.
• Upload or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

5. Social Media Integrations

When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), you authorize Kamvora to act on your behalf within the scope you grant. You remain solely responsible for all content published through your accounts. You must comply with the terms of each social media platform. We may revoke integrations if a platform changes its policies.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated captions, messages, and posts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. Kamvora does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs. You retain full ownership of any content you publish through the platform.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact romaric@kamvora.com within 7 days of a charge.

8. Intellectual Property

The Kamvora platform, logo, and underlying technology are owned by Kamvora Technology LLC. You retain all rights to your own business data and customer information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific business results from using Kamvora. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamvora Technologies LLC's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
